Flats

Duringhigh season, we accept weekly bookings only from Saturday or Sunday. In the remaining periods, stays are possible in per a minimum of 2 nights.

Gli flats, located inside the central campsite building, are built in masonry and include a Living room with kitchenette, Living room with kitchenette and a Open-plan mezzanine with sleeping area.

• A7 offers a classic sofa in the living room, allowing a configuration from Sleeps 1 to 3 (3 single beds on the mezzanine).

• A5, A9 e A12 They feature the same type of living room with the possibility of hosting up to 3 People (Double bed + single bed on a mezzanine).

• A10 e A11, the living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, allowing for configuration up to Sleeps 5 (double bed + single bed on the mezzanine + double bed in the living room).

• A13, A14 e A15, the living room features a Wooden sofa bed with two pull-out single beds, offering a configuration from Sleeps 1 to 5 (Double bed + single bed on the mezzanine + 2 single beds in the living room).

Each flat is equipped with

• TV, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine

• Tableware and cookware. Blankets and pillows sufficient for the number of guests.

• an extra bed blanket

Prices include:

• bed linen

• a set of three towels per person

• bathroom amenity set including phon, beyond bath mat, kitchen towels, tablecloth

• welcome breakfast kit with packaged products, water, juice, and coffee pods

• final cleaning

• water, electricity, and heating consumption

• 1 numbered reserved parking

The campsite also offers:

• coin-operated washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, and dog wash stations

• barbecue area

• children's playground

• fenced dog area

We do not offer full-board or half-board services and we do not have cradles or cribs for newbornsA high chair for children is available upon request.

I Prices are per occupied bed.If you require a single bed for children under the age of 3, you must make the booking specifying an age of 3 years.

It is mandatory. dispose of the garbage and leave clean dishes before check-out.

Reception will inspect the apartment prior to departure.

Your pets are welcome in the apartments 4-legged friends.
A 1 km from the campsite you can find a specialized pet store and a Grooming service 5 km away.
From the campsite it is possible todirect access to the Pinzolo–Val di Genova cycle and pedestrian path.

In the event of a disability, please download and complete the tourist tax exemption form available on our website's homepage, then send it via email or hand it in at check-in.

TOURIST TAX

For stays exceeding 10 consecutive nights at the same accommodation facility, the tax is payable based on 10 overnight stays.

EXEMPTIONS

The following are exempt from payment of the provincial tourist tax:

– minors up to the age of 14

– persons accompanying patients admitted to public and private accredited hospital facilities (affiliated with the National Health Service) located within the province, limited to one accompanying person per patient

– persons accompanying patients admitted to public and private accredited hospital facilities (affiliated with the National Health Service) located within the province, limited to one accompanying person per patient

– individuals entitled under Article 3 of Law no. 104 of 5 February 1992, whose disability is certified in accordance with current Italian legislation—or analogous provisions in their countries of origin for foreign nationals—and their accompanying person.

– applicants for international protection, unaccompanied foreign minors, and victims of trafficking temporarily accommodated in the facilities

– individuals staying in accommodation facilities pursuant to measures adopted by public authorities to address emergency situations resulting from calamitous events or events of an extraordinary nature

– law enforcement and civil protection agencies in the performance of their duties

– family members of patients admitted to healthcare and hospital facilities

For the purpose of applying exemptions—with the exception of the exemption for minors up to the age of 14—the guest must provide the appropriate form at check-in.
