During thehigh winter season and in July - Augustwe only accept weekly bookings from Saturday or Sunday. In other periods, stays per night are possible.

The flats, located within the campsite's central building, are constructed in brickwork and include a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower cubicle and an openspace loft with sleeping area.

The B7 offers a classic sofa in the living room, allowing a configuration of 1 to 3 beds (3 singles on a loft).

B9 and B12 have the same type of living room with the possibility of accommodating up to 3 persons (double bed + single on mezzanine).

For B10 and B11, the living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, allowing a configuration of up to 5 beds (double bed + single on mezzanine + double in living room).

In B13, B14 and B15, the living room features a wooden sofa bed with 2 single drawers, offering a 1- to 5-seat configuration (double bed + single on mezzanine, 2 singles in living room).

Each flat is equipped with TV, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machineas well as crockery, cookware, blankets and pillows appropriate to the number of guests, plus an additional blanket per bed. Prices include bed linen, a set of three towels per person, bathroom courtesy set including hairdryeras well as shower rails, kitchen towels, tablecloth, and a welcome breakfast kit with packaged goods, milk, water, juice and coffee pods. Also included are final cleaningconsumption of water, electricity, heating and a numbered reserved parking.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers, a barbecue area and a children's playground are available on the campsite.

We do not offer full or half board services and do not have cots or cots for infants. Prices are per occupied bed. You are required to dispose of your garbage before check-out.

We offer dog sitting by appointment at €5.00 per hour or €25.00 for the whole day. There is a specialised shop and grooming service 1km from the campsite, as well as direct access to the Pinzolo - Val di Genova cycle path

from the campsite. We also have afenced dog area within the campsite.
